Synthetic Felt Pad Terra - Synthetic Felt Cushioning for Dry & Demanding Conditions

Terra is especially recommended for dry seasons and arid environments.

Unlike foam-based pads, synthetic felt retains moisture longer and dries more slowly. For this reason, it performs best in dry conditions where breathability and durability are essential.

It provides:

• Reliable sole protection on rocky or uneven ground
• Natural pressure distribution across the sole
• Added comfort for horses working on hard terrain
  

Because the material adapts to the hoof, it can also improve overall boot fit by
reducing internal movement and creating a more stable, customized contact surface.

Ideal for Dry Seasons & Hard Terrain

As the horse walks on sand or firm ground, the pad compresses and shapes itself to the sole.

Side expansion is normal and can even enhance fit and stability. However, trimming
excess material from the toe area is important to maintain correct breakover.

For optimal function:

• Cut the pad following the included template
  
• Ensure the hoof seats fully into the toe area of the boot
  
• Trim excess material from the toe to preserve breakover

Each package includes a cutting template so the pad can be trimmed to match the
exact size and shape of the boot.
